The key to slay Winter Style is to combine layers of clothes in style to keep you warm without creating a bulk. When it comes to outer wear, the options are endless— from pea coats to shearling jackets, bomber jackets or quilted to woolen jackets and denim jackets. Investing in a solid topper is imperative, as it will be the finishing touch to your look.
As for footwear, boots work with both dressy and casual outfits.
Footwear is an essential part of your wardrobe. It’s the foundation you stand upon. The most rugged of all footwear, boots bring style and masculinity to any outfit.
Ankle boots are versatile, so you can wear them with a ton of outfits. Here are a few style suggestions:
•Wear them with an all-black suit
•Pair them with skinny jeans and a light t-shirt
•Wear them with chinos
So, enough of the introduction. Let’s start with my first and the most favourite look for winters:
1. Quilted jacket:
I absolutely love this one! Quilted jackets are meant to build insulation and thus refuses the requirement of layering multiple fabrics which may make you look fatter.
I received this particular jacket from ‘Bollywoo’ and it gives me a typical star feeling. The colour of this jacket breaks the stereotype of wearing dark colors in winters so I paired it with a basic white round neck T-shirt I got from ‘H&M’ along with a pair of grey denims from ‘FBB’
2. Pea-coat or over coat:
As for your great-fitting overcoat, it shouldn’t retire: let it drape casually over your t-shirt and jeans while off-duty. Overcoat gives a vintage look to you personality and covers maximum of you keeping warm.
I have paired an overcoat with knee-ripped jeans in contrast shades of grey. This look keeps me warm and also makes me look taller than I am.
3. The biker look:
The faux shearling jackets can make you rock the badass look while feeling extra warm.
Mix this with a white, grey or black T-shirt, or a cable jumper for the winter months, your skinny blue or grey jeans, and of course, the look is only complete with a pair of the amazing classic boots in either brown or black.
Likewise, I paired a black bikers jacket with an olive green jogger that compliments my body and also protects me from the freezing wind.
4. Olive solid jacket:
This jacket is different from the above jackets as it has a mock collar ,4 pockets ,zip clousre and a straight hem. I paired this olive jacket with black rugged jeans from ‘American Eagle’ and black T-shirt from ‘zara’ along with white sneakers. This outfit is way to make you rock any winter party too. Also, it gives a comfy feeling while traveling.
These are my personal favourite four winter outfits. Hope my outfit ideas would help you slay the winters in style.
